How-do-you-do,

I've tried the troubleshooter on both my pc and no problems were found simply it would not run on my phone. Ultimately I would similar to be able to receive SMS texts on my pc and I am told that this is done through Cortana by setting upwards 'sync notifications' merely I cannot detect this in the Cortana settings on my phone. Could this be the effect? As far as I can tell I am signed into both devices with the same Microsoft business relationship.
